About the Author

A partner in the Connecticut law firm of Podorowsky, Thompson & Baron,

Attorney Adrian Baron is a graduate of  New York's Pace University School of Law.

In addition to his law degree, he holds a Certificate in International Business Law 

& Trade through a joint program between the Uniwersytet Jagiellonski in Krakow, Poland (among Europe's oldest universities founded in 1364) and Washington D.C.'s 

Columbus School of Law. His undergrad degree is from Manhattanville College. 

 

Since its inception in 2009, NL posts have been republished throughout the US and Canada in publications as varied as the Wisconsin Lawyer and the Missouri Bar Association's Precedent Magazine. In 2010,"The Nutmeg Lawyer" was selected by the editors of the ABA Journal as one of the nation's Top 100 Legal Blogs. ABA Journal readers voted the NL as Connecticut's top legal blog that same year.

 

In addition to the Nutmeg Lawyer, Adrian pens a well received legal column for the

White Eagle News, America's largest Polish American newspaper. Adrian has been interviewed by an assortment of media outlets including the New York Law Journal,

the Connecticut Law Tribune, Harvard Magazine, the New York Times, the Boston Globe, NPR and various other local television and print media outlets. 

 

Attorney Baron continues to practice law and has offices located in New Britain,
